Recipe of the week

While selecting the produce to be harvested for this week’s CSA bags and boxes, the eggplant and fennel reminded us of a great pasta recipe with spicy sausage. So we thought we would cook up a big batch for kids this week and share the recipe with you! This pasta improves with time. The longer you cook it, the better the flavors get along and blend seamlessly into perfection. We love it because the recipe is straight forward, it uses some of our favourite ingredients and can be cooked quickly or extra-long depending on the time you have. Best of all: Leftovers of this dish are the bomb!
